Every Day Yoga

YogaYou can practice 6 days per week, 5 days or at least 3 days per week on alternate days! One hour, half an hour or at least 15 minute a day! After each Pranayama and Yogasana 1 or 2 minutes silence relaxation (Sukhasana or Shavasan ) is advisable. This chart is for regular Practitioner who has already learns & practice under proper guidance. Please do not practice from TV programmes and books without proper guidance.   1. Shashakasana-3 to 5 times.
  2. Yogmudrasana-3 to 5 times.
  3. Anuloma- Viloma- 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Kanishtha Pranayama 10+10+10each.
  5. Netra jyoti Pranayam-3 to 5 times.
  6. Bhramari Pranayama-3 to 5 times.
  7. Suryanamaskar-1 to 3 times.
  8. Meditation- 5 to 20 minutes
